All of our staff have been carefully selected for their passions and abilities to work with children.
They hold formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education, have Working with Children (WWCC) Checks and are required to have qualifications in Anaphylaxis Management, Asthma Management and First Aid.
Our staff also constantly participate in ongoing training to further develop their skills and knowledge, as well as keep up-to-date with the changes in regulations and early childhood development research.
To cover regular staff absences, we leverage from our own pool of casual relief staff or from approved agencies to ensure children receive continuity of quality care. Relief staff members are subject to the same regulatory requirements as the regular staff.
